How We Calculate Party Portions

Our party platters are designed for sharing, not as a full stone crab dinner. We calculate approximately ½ lb per guest, giving everyone plenty of stone crab to enjoy while leaving room for appetizers, sides, drinks, dessert, and everything else on the table.
