How do I customize my bundle?

Simply select your preferred items from each category and add them to your bundle. To add more of the same product, click "Add to Bundle" multiple times.

Can I modify my bundle after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. Please double-check your selections before checkout. If you need assistance, contact our support team.

When will my subscription box ship?

All subscription boxes ship on the first Monday of each month to ensure the freshest seafood delivery.

What if I select a specific delivery date at checkout?

Your first box will arrive on the date you select at checkout. After that, all future subscription deliveries will follow our standard schedule, shipping on the first Monday of the month.

Will my box always arrive on the same date each month?

Not necessarily. If you select a delivery date (e.g., the 14th), that applies only to your first box. All subsequent boxes will ship on the first Monday of each month, which may not always align with the same date.

What if I place my order in the last week of the month?

If you subscribe in the last week of the month, your first box will be included in the next month's scheduled shipment on the first Monday of the upcoming month.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.
