Fish Subscription Service Policy
1. Subscription Overview
By subscribing to our fish subscription service, you agree to receive fresh seafood delivered to your designated address on a recurring basis. Our service is designed to provide high-quality fish, sustainably sourced, frozen at peak freshness, and delivered with care. Our packages arrive with some fixed and recurring fish fillets, along with some other fish fillets that are in season to allow our customers a change to enjoy a wide variety of seafood.
2. Billing and Payments
Subscribers will be billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the selected plan).
Charges will be processed on the same date each billing cycle.
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and we accept major credit and debit cards.
It is the subscriberβs responsibility to ensure that their payment method remains valid and up-to-date.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after the first order is placed. If the first order is purchased on the last week of the month, the order will be shipped on the following Monday.Β
All recurring shipments will be shipped on the first Monday of the month.
Delivery schedules may vary based on location and shipping carrier availability.
Customers will receive a tracking number once their package has been shipped.
We take the utmost care in packaging to maintain freshness, but customers are advised to promptly refrigerate or freeze their delivery upon receipt.
4. Modifications and Cancellations
Subscribers may modify or cancel their subscriptions through their account dashboard.
Changes must be made at least 2 days before the next billing cycle to take effect.
If a cancellation request is received after the billing date, the customer will still receive and be charged for the current cycleβs shipment.
5. Refunds and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

We may offer replacements or store credit in cases of product quality concerns.
