Recommended Stone Crab Pounds Per Order

We typically recommend a pound and a half per person if stone crabs will be the main dish on the menu or for the gathering.. if you would like them as an appetizer, we would suggest about a 1/2 lb per person, but fair warning those who like stone crabs can easily enjoy 2 lbs just on their own.
