How is Snow Crab packaged?
Your order will be shipped frozen via dry ice.
Your order will arrive via FedEx Overnight delivery to ensure your order arrived as frozen as possible, even though a tab bit of defrosting during transit is totally okay.

How do I cook Snow Crab legs?
Snow Crab Legs are a real treat to cook at home. The entire process may take about 10-15 minutes, so you don’t have to wait all that long before enjoying this delicacy.
Your order will come in “clusters” and shipped frozen.
Once your order has arrived, place your snow crab legs in your refrigerator overnight to allow ample time for a natural defrost process.
Fill a pot with water and bring the water to a boil. Sprinkle a “Salt-Bae” amount of salt into the pot.
Place the crab clusters into the water and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes. Remove the crab legs and plate.
Feel free to serve with melted butter and squeeze some lemon over the legs.

Place the steamer over the boiling water. Place the snow crab clusters into the steamer and place the lid to cover. Allow 5-8 minutes for the snow crab to steam.
Remove the snow crabs, plate, and accompany it with some melted butter and squeeze some lemon over the legs.
Plating & Eating
Once you have finished either boiling or steaming your snow crab clusters and have them plated, you may have to give them a little wiggle by using both hands to gently move the legs back and forth until the shell breaks.
Use the joint as a reference point. You’ll know how much strength to give during the “wiggle” process as the meat should slide out right from the shell once cracked.
Don’t give too much strength, however, as it may smush the meat inside. You may use a small fork to remove the meat from inside the shell.
What is the recommended serving size?
The recommended serving size for Snow Crabs is 1.5lbs per person. So, dinner for 2 would be 3 lbs., dinner for 4 would be 6lbs, etc.
